A Look At American Whiskey will explain the history of American Whiskey through the years.

Why was the first prominent American whiskey made from Rye? When many early Americans drank rum, what turned the tide toward the distilling and consumption of rye whiskey

We will review a high-corn mashbill bourbon whiskey and examine the impact of corn on early distillers that still dominate the market today.

We will then taste a bourbon using wheat as the flavoring grain while exploring the importance of wheat bourbons in the growth of bourbon.

For our final tasting, we will sample Tennessee Whiskey. How does Tennessee whiskey differ from bourbon, and what are the reasons and rules of Tennessee Whiskey?
