Hey everyone, on March 31, we are having a unique night of bourbon tasting, education, and fun.

If you think you know your bourbon or want to know how to taste whiskey properly, this event is for you!

We will blind sample four bourbons and then score them as a group. I will teach you about top notes and how to preserve your palate to bring out more of the distinct flavors found in each whiskey. Full details are below!

Monday, March 31, 2025

7 p.m.

Charlie’s Still on Main

525 North Main Street in Milford, Michigan

Executive Bourbon Steward Don Williams

Presents

“Neat Knowledge: A Bourbon Tasting Workshop”

A unique bourbon-tasting experience where you will learn to taste whiskey while you shape your bourbon palate.

I will teach how you what to look for when you “taste” bourbon and why everyone interprets flavor in a unique way

We will “blind taste” four eclectic bourbons and score each one.

After completing it, we will tabulate the evening’s favorites and identify the four bourbons. It will be fun and challenge your understanding of what you like in a bourbon whiskey.

$65 per person

This will not be a full dinner, and Charlie’s kitchen will be closed. However, a small plate will be served to get us started, and dessert will be served while we tabulate our favorite bourbons for the evening.

Please notify Don Williams at Info@bourbonfool.com if you would like to reserve seats for this very special, limited-seating event.
